Albert J. Pizzica is the principle of Pizzica Industries, LLC. Initially, Pizzica Industries was a full-service healthcare management and consulting company. Pizzica Industries brought financial rigor and extensive business acumen to small and medium size medical practices with the goal of not letting them lose their family feel. Al became an adjunct professor of Systems and Design Thinking at the Executive MBA program at the Villanova School of Business in 2012. Since then, through a project with a major automobile manufacturer, Pizzica Industries has gotten larger and more strategic clients and projects. 

Al has 20 years of experience in strategy, management and operations in high technology fields both in the U.S. and internationally. This includes nuclear reactor and submarine operations in the U.S Navy, aseptic lyophilized pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, electric space propulsion, and unmanned aircraft systems. Al has extensive experience helping small technology startups as well as consulting for large Fortune 500 organizations. 

Al holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Cornell University, graduated from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School, and holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Villanova University, where he is currently and adjunct professor of Systems and Design Thinking.
